The spring break program is a week-long program open to youth ages 9 to 17 years old. The program incorporates all the same great principles of our summer program in a shortened format.

Purpose of the program
To provide current Junior Lifeguards the opportunity to further their knowledge of the ocean environment and its hazards, while staying physically active.

Skills Developed
Ocean and beach knowledge, understanding of beach hazards and how to identify them, physical fitness, ecology, oceanography, lifesaving methods, first aid

Schedule
The Junior Lifeguard Spring Break program is offered in one session that runs from 10 am-2 pm from April 21-25, 2025 at the Marine Safety Education Center (Formerly Known as Junior Lifeguard HQ).

Enrollment
Thanks for your interest in the 2025 Junior Lifeguard Spring Break program. Registration is open to all 2025 Junior Lifeuard Program participants. The enrollment fee is $200 and registration is available through HBSands.org.
